Allie Quigley is a professional basketball player who is currently playing for the Chicago Sky as the team's point guard and shooting guard. Apart from WNBA, she is also playing in European basketball leagues and stayed in Hungary to acquire citizenship. She was also one of the players who led the UMMC Ekaterinburg to the championship. However, she quit the team after the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Alexandria Quigley was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, where she found an interest in playing basketball. Her biggest inspiration to become a basketball player was her father, who died when she was young.She was admitted to Joliet Catholic Academy and played as a varsity player. During her high school season, she was hailed a WBCA All-American and joined the WBCA High School All-America Game. In college, she attended DePaul University and played for the university basketball team.
Currently, she is married to fellow Sky player, Courtney Vandersloot.
Career
Her career started when she joined in the 2008 WNBA Draft, and she was the 22nd overall pick by the Seattle Storm. However, she signed with the Phoenix Mercury after the Storm cut her off. Although she started as a bench player for the Mercury, still she made a good impression on the team, especially on Diana Taurasi.In 2013, she signed a contract with the Chicago Sky and continued to become a bench player with only 9.4 minutes of gameplay. By the following year, it was a breakthrough performance for Quigley as she played 24.8 minutes for a game against the Atlanta Dream. She was also hailed as the WNBA Sixth Woman of the Year.
In 2015, she signed another contract with the Sky and was included in the WNBA All-Star with a record of 16.4 points per game. She also went to compete in the Three-Point Contests in 2017 and 2018 and won. In 2019, she resigned from a one-year extension with the same team, making her one of the highest-paid players. For the third time, she was included in the All-Star Game.
