Court

A tennis Court is the playing area where tennis matches take place. It's a rectangular surface divided by a net in the middle.

Courts can be made of grass, clay, or hard materials like concrete.

The court is 78 feet long and 27 feet wide for singles matches. For doubles, the width increases to 36 feet. There are lines on the court that mark different areas for serving and playing.

Each surface type affects how the ball bounces and moves. Courts also have extra space around them for players to chase balls.
