The Sardegna Open is a professional tennis tournament held in Cagliari, Italy. It started as an ATP Tour 250 event in 2020 and 2021.

Point System and Prize Money of the Sardegna Open

Because the Sardegna Open is only a minor event in the ATP World Tour Series, it is expected that the reigning champion will receive 250 points with €40,100 prize money.

Lorenzo Sonego

Lorenzo Sonego won both singles and doubles titles in the 2021 edition. Other notable winners include Laslo Djere and Ugo Humbert in singles.

The Sardegna Open is a single-year licensed tennis tournament that was part of the ATP World Tour 250.

Sonego was the first Italian player to win an ATP Tour-level trophy since 2006. This victory also helped him achieve a then-career-high ranking of world No. 30.
