Born in Australia on June 17, 1958, Brad Drewett is a former Australian tennis player who has won a total of 2 singles titles and seven titles in doubles. He has also won the Australian Open junior boys title in 1975 and 1977. He was coached by Syd Ball during his career.

He reached the QF at the Australian Open in 1976 and was also a quarterfinalist in Brisbane and Sydney. In 1980 he was a runner up at the Toyota City Challengers and a year later a runner-up in Adelaide. Drewett reached the top 50 in the world in 1984 and placed on the 37th in the same year. He emerged the winner at the Bribane Challenger in 1986. He also reached the semifinals in doubles with Martin Davis at the Australian Open in 1988 and 1989. The Aussie player was also a runner up in Seoul in 1989 and a quarterfinalist in Cape Town.

Drewett achieved his two singles titles by winning in South Orange, New Jersey in 1983 and in Cairo in 1982. His highest career ranking in doubles was at number 18. He captured his first doubles title in 1983 in Stowe with Warwick, the second in 1985 in Brisbane and the third in 1987 in Sydney. He bagged another doubles title in 1998 when he won in Lyon with partner Dyke.

The former tennis player is now serving as the CEO of the ATP’s international group, his post since 1993. He is also the tournament director of the Tennis Masters Cup.
