Moraing was born on June 20, 1992, in Mülheim, Germany. His father is Heiner Moraing, and his uncle and coach is Peter Moraing. Both are former professional tennis players. Career
He turned pro in 2013 and is coached by his uncle, Peter. Since turning pro, he has earned a little over US$500,000. He debuted in the ATP Challenger circuit in 2018.
