Mirjam Bjorklund

Mirjam Björklund is a Swedish tennis player, who ranked World Number 298 as of August 2019. Bjorklund has also won one doubles WTA Challenger title on the ITF Women's Circuit. Her main debut was at the 2017 Swedish Open, where she won against Kateryna Kozlova. Bjorklund was also known for dating fellow tennis players and current World Number 14 Denis Shapovalov.

Personal Life

Shapovalov and Bjorklund met at the Stockholm Open and their relationship went public in October 2019. They have been posting pictures together regularly on their Instagram accounts.

Professional Life

Bjorklund wasn't able to establish her name in tennis as she is a newbie in competitive tennis. In 2021, she managed to get into the main draw in Versmold and had reached the semifinals in singles and finals in doubles with Jaimee Fourlis. By the following month, she played in Koksidje, Belgium, and won 4 matches. This is her 7th ITF title so far.
