David Souto

David Souto is a Venezuelan junior tennis player who born on March 26, 1992 in Caracas, Venezuela. Souto plays left-handed with a double handed back hand, and thrives well when playing on hard surfaces. He is currently being coached by Sergio Gallego and Jose Altur.

Not much is known about Souto except that he started playing at a very young age due to his interest in the sport. He has started playing in the junior level in 2006, reaching his first finals round on December 4, 2006 while playing for the Prince Cup in Miami, Florida.

Over the past few years, Souto has also played in several ITF Futures events. It was in 2009 that Souto started making wins, first by winning the Coffee Bowl or the “Copa del Café” in San Jose on January 5, 2009.

So far, he has not yet played in the ATP tournament, and has not yet graced any Grand Slam event.
