Al Duhail is a Qatari football club based in Doha who plays in the Qatari Stars League.
History
Al Duhail was founded in 2009, as Lekhwiya.
The club was promoted from the 2nd Division in its second year, then won the Qatari Stars League in its first season up - the 2010-11 QSL season. Lekhwiya went back-to-back in 2011-12.
In 2017, the club took over El Jaish SC and re-branded into Al Duhail SC.
The club won all three domestic trophies in 2017-18, lifting the QSL, Emir of Qatar Cup and Qatar Cup, marking a Qatari first.
Al Duhail has been eight-time QSL champions, four-time Emir of Qatar Cup winners and two-time Shiekh Jassem Cup winners.

The club moved to Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium in 2013. The club won its third QSL title in 2012-13.
