Beringen-Heusden-Zolder or K. Beringen-Heusden-Zolder is a former Belgian football club, from Heusden-Zolder and Beringen in Limburg. The stadium of this team is in Beringen-Mijn from 2004 to 2006, post its relegation from the Belgian First Division.

Founded in 1936 by the name of S. K. Heusden, the team changed its name to K.S.K. Heusden. They got qualified for the third division in 1997 and by 1999, they merged with K.F.C Helzold to form K. Heusden-Zolder S.K. In 2000-01, the team played in the second division for the first time and ended at the 12th place, winning the third division playoff to Kortrijk, post losing the title to Mons in a test match. The following season, the team finished in the fourth place, moving to the stadium of Genk.

In 2002-03, the team was qualified for the next Belgium First Division as they finished in the third place, winning the final round. During this time, they were the fastest rising team in Belgian football history, being promoted five times in 10 years without being relegated. At the end of the 2003-04 season, the club got relegated and changed their name too. Due to financial problems, this team did not ask for a second division license in 2005-06 season and were subsequently relegated to the third division by 2nd March 2006. Few days later, the team went into liquidation. On 25th April 2006, Berkenbos V.V playing in the Promotion C changed their name to Royal Heusden-Zolder. Some of the famous players of the team include Frank Atsou, Mike Okoth Origi, Domen Bersnjak and many others.

Major Achievements

In 1999-2000, the team was the winners of the Belgian Third Division Playoff and in 2003, they won the Belgian Second Division Final Round.
