Olympiacos U-21 or also known as Olympiakos U-21 is the Olympiacos reserve team. Three members of the U-21 men squad play in the senior team thus reserving the season as well. The full name of the team is Olympiacos Club of Fans of Piraeus F.C. and is nicknamed by various names like Thrylos (The Legend), Kokkini (The Reds) and also by Erythrolefki (The Red-Whites).
Founded in 1925, the owner and the Chairman of the team is Vangelis Marinakis. The manager of the team is Darko Kovacevic. Towards the end of the January month in 2011, Alekos Alexandris, the former manager of the team, left Olympiacos Youth Academy and was replaced by Darko Kovacevic.

The next month, in February, Olympiacos announced the founding of their first Olympiacos Youth Academy outside Greece in Sydney, Australia. This academy is managed by Kyriakos Tohouroglou and Chris Kalantzis, two of the former Olympiacos players.
