Trikala F.C also known as A.O Trikala or Athlitikos Omilos Trikalon is a professional football club from the city of Trikala, in central Greece. The club was formed in 1963 as a result of merger of two competitors football clubs of Trikala, Achilleas of Trikala and Α.Ε.Τ.

The home matches of the club are practiced at their home stadium Trikala Municipal Stadium that carries a capacity of holding 15,350 spectators at a time. The club plays for the Football League 2.

The consistent performers of the club have been able to hold several achievements for the club. The club was the champion of Football League for four times in the years 1964, 1968, 1971, 1999. They have also won the championship of Delta Ethniki twice in 2005 and 2009. Terikala F.C have been the runners-up of Football League in 1984 and 2010 and also been the best positioned club in 9th Superleague in 1965-66.

Some of the notable players of the club include Hristo Telkiyski, Wellington, Georgios Koltsidas, Giorgos Savvidis, Panagiotis Korbos and Dimosthenis Manousakis. These players are well trained by their coach Giorgos Vazakas.
