Athletic Club Skoda Xanthi is a Greek football club based in the city of Xanthi. They currently feature in the Super League Greece.

Athletic Club Skoda Xanthi were established in 1967 after Aspida and Orfeas were merged together. At the time the club was named as Xanthi Athletic Club.

In 1991 Viamar SA bought the club and renamed it as Skoda Xanthi Athletic Club. They soon started garnering success and have now earned a name for themselves for their financial strength and youth structure. They played in the Grecian top flight for the first time in 1989 and finished 7th in the league in the 2008-2009 season.
