K.S.C. Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen is a Belgian football based in Lokeren in the province of Oost-Vlaanderen. They currently feature in the Belgian first division.

A club named Football Club Racing Club Lokeren, commonly known as Racing FC, were founded in 1920 but the following year they were disbanded. In 1923 Racing club Lokreren was established and registered wih the Belgian Football Association that same year.

Between 1945 and 1951 they were known as Racing Athletiek – en Football Club Lokeren. In 1970 because of financial problems they merged with Koninklijke Standaard FC Lokeren to form Koninklijke Sporting Club Lokeren.

This new club then merged with Koninklijke Sint-Niklaas SKE to form Sporting Lokeren Sint-Niklaas Waasland in 2000. The name was altered in 2003 to the present one.

KSC Lokeren play their home matches at the Daknamstadion that has a capacity of 9,271 spectators. They bear the nickname Tricolore.
