Clube Desportivo Nacional is a Portuguese football club based in Funchal, Madeira Islands. They currently feature in the Portuguese Liga.
Nacional were established in 1910. They were more or less among the lower rung clubs until the 2003-2004 season when they finished fourth in the Portuguese Liga. They have since been consistent in the Portuguese top flight and have played in the UEFA Cup twice.
Nacional foster a massive rivalry with CS Maritimo and this derby is one of the most impassionate in Portugal.

Nacional play their home matches at the Estadio da Madeira that can hold 8,589 spectators. They bear the nicknames The White-and-Black.
