Yasuyuki Konnoimage:Yasuyuki Konno|Yasuyuki Konno, a Japanese football player plays for F. C. Tokyo of J. League. He was part of the Japanese Olympic football team in 2004, which finished in the fourth place in group B. moreover, he capped for Japan under-20 team at the FIFA World Youth Championship in 2003. By 2005, he made his debut in the senior national team whilst playing against Chine in East Asia Cup match.

He spent three seasons at the Consadole Sapporo and impressed as a defensive midfielder. During his tenure, he represented Japan at the AFC Asian under 19 championship and also in 2003 in the FIFA under 20 World cup.

His senior career started in 2001 till 2003 during which he played for Consadole Sapporo team. For this team, he made 65 appearances and scored 2 goals. From 2004 onwards, he is playing for F. C. Tokyo team and made 187 appearances and scored 27 goals.

In recent years, he got polished in this sport and is a tough tackling center back capable of playing at full back too. This Sendai native made his international debut in 2005 and finished as man of the match in the East Asian Championship whilst playing against China PR.
