Lautaro Acosta is a young and promising Argentine footballer who currently features for the Spanish giants Sevilla FC. Acosta is an Argentine U-20 international and plays as an attacking midfielder and can also double up as a striker.
Lautaro Acosta made his professional debut for Argentine side Club Atlético Lanús in 2006 after graduating from the club’s youth academy. He made 49 appearances for Lanus in his two seasons at the club, scoring 5 goals and winning the Apertura 2007.
Acosta was signed by Sevilla in the summer of 2008 for 7 million euros on a five-year contract. Acosta won the 2007 U-20 World Cup in Canada with Argentina and is said to be a star of the future.
