He has been loaned out the clubs Maidenhead United in 2004 where he mad3 15 appearances. Later he was loaned to the club Northwood where he had made 4 appearances. His maximum appearances occurred when he was loaned to the club Carshalton Athletic and he made 25 appearances. In 2006 he was loaned to the club Bristol City but was recalled without making an appearance. Currently he has been loaned to the club Southend United.
Federici started his international career in 2004 by playing for the Australian National Under 20 football team making 5 appearances. In 2008 he played for the Australian Nation Under 23 football team making 5 appearances. Currently he plays for the Australian Nation Football team.
