Clemente Ovalle

Clemente Ovalle Barbosa is a professional footballer from Mexico who plays as a midfielder. Ovalle made his professional debut with his home town club, CF Monterrey, against Jaguares de Chiapas. His debut came in 2005 and although he stayed at the club until the end of the 2005-06 season, Ovalle just made 14 appearances in the league, mostly as a substitute.

He scored just one goal with Monterrey but since joining Atlante FC in 2007, Ovalle made his position more stable by scoring thrice, including the winning goal against UNAM Pumas in the 2007 Apertura tournament finals.

Despite starting slowly with Atlante, Ovalle is now a regular member of the first team with almost 50 games under his belt and 3 goals to his name.
