He spent his youth and early career playing for the reserves of Club America.
Senior Career
Reyna made his debut as a senior football player in 2005 when he signed with San Luis. In 2006, he made his first Primera Division goal when San Luis played against Pumas UNAM. He stayed with San Luis from 2005 to 2007. He later played for a short while with Nexaca before going back to San Luis. In total, he scored 11 goals while playing for San Luis.
Club America
In December 2008, he signed with America and he played with them from 2009 to 2011, appearing 89 times and scoring 27 goals. He was one of their top scorers, scoring his first hat-trick in April 2011.
He made records while with America including becoming the second most Mexican-born goal-scorer with 13 goals in a Clausura event. He follows Cuauhtemoc Blanco who made 16 goals in 1998.
By the end of December, Reyna had parted ways with America following the difference with then team captain Aquivaldo Mosquera.
After Americas
Following his separation from America, Reyna signed with CF Monterey. He was part of the team that took the victory at the CONCACAF Champions League 2011-2012. The following year, he was loaned to Pachuca where he appeared in 16 matches and scored 5 goals.
He was later traded from Monterey to Veracruz. By 2014, he had signed with Guadalajara. Following difficulties with the team, Guadalajara and Reyna agreed to terminate his contract. He was released in March 2016.
From there, he was signed with Celaya Football Club. While with them, he was loaned to both Veracruz and Toluca. He stayed with Veracruz through to the 2018-2019 season.
