Jan Schlaudraff is a German football player who currently features for the German Bundesliga club Hannover. He plays as a striker.
Jan Schlaudraff commenced his professional club football career at Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2002 and in 2005 joined Alemannia Aachen reconverting to a striker and even as the captain of the team.
Schlaudraff played for Aachen for two seasons and in 2007 signed for German giants Bayern Munich for a transfer fee of 1.2 million euros. He played for the first team in 2007-2008 and also played for their B team during that season.
In the summer of 2008, Jan Schlaudraff was signed by Hannover 96. As a striker, he scored his first two goals on 14th September, 2008, in a 5-1 home success. By 18 August, 2011, he scored both Hannover goals in their 2-1 victory over Sevilla FC. Hannover won the game by 3-2 qualifying for the 2011-12 UEFA Europa League group stage.
