Angel Lopez

Ángel David López Ruano is a Spanish footballer currently playing for the Spanish first division side Villarreal. Angel Lopez is a versatile player who can play either as a midfielder or as a defender.

He earned his reputation during his five years with Galician side Celta de Vigo from 2002 to 2007. During his time with Celta, he was gifted his debut for the Spanish national team against Romania in November 2006.

Angel Lopez joined Villarreal in 2007 and has established himself as one of the key players for the Yellow Submarine.
