Massimo Paci is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Parma. He plays as a defender.

Massimo Paci commenced his professional club football career at Italian club Ancona in 1997 and played for them for the 1997-1998 season and subsequently went onto play for Juventus, Viterbese, Ternana, Lecce and Genoa.

Paci signed for Parma in 2006.
