Paolo Castellini is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Parma. He plays as a left-back.
Paolo Castellini commenced his professional club football career at Cremonese in 1996 and played for them until 2000, featuring in 64 league matches.
In 2000 Castellini signed for Torino and in 2004 joined Real Betis. In 2006 after playing 13 league matches for them, he was released by the Spanish club and joined Parma that year.
