Daniele De Vezze is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club AS Bari. He plays as a midfielder.

Daniele De Vezze commenced his professional club football career at his hometown club AS Roma but couldn't establish himself there and subsequently went onto play for Palermo, Reggiana, Fiorentina, Ascoli, Genoa, Messina and Livorno.

De Vezze was signed by Bari in 2008.
