Cesar Amado Lozano Figueroa is a professional football player from Mexico who plays as a goalkeeper. Lozano began his professional playing career at Deportivo Toluca Futbal Club. Lozano had always had the ignominy of being the second choice goalkeeper at the club except for a short spell in 2007, when Toluca had qualified for the Copa Sudamericana as well as the Copa Libertadores.

It was during this time that the first choice goal keeper, Hernan Cristante, was used only for the big competitions while Lozano began standing in as a replacement for the league and cup games. Lozano was at Toluca from 2000 to 2009 but only had 40-odd appearances in those 10 seasons of football. He moved to Indios de Ciudad Juarez in 2009 and already has 3 games under his belt.
