Tim Wiese is a German international football player who currently features for the German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen. He plays as a goalkeeper.
Tim Wiese developed at the youth academy of German Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen but made his first team debut for Fortuna Koln in the German third division in 2000. He moved back to Kaiserslautern in 2002 and made his Bundesliga debut at the start of the 2002-2003 season.
Wiese soon became a regular first-choice for Bayer before long and was the club's number one custodian throughout the 2003-2004 season.
Werder Bremen signed Wiese in 2005 and has since played in over 100 German Bundesliga matches.
Tim Wiese made his international debut for Germany against England on November 19,2008 when he replaced Rene Adler at the start of the second half.
