Jerzy Dudek is a former professional goalkeeper from Poland. He played from 1991 to 2011. Some of the teams he played for include Liverpool and Real Madrid. He was twice named the Dutch Goalkeeper of the Year.

Jerzy Henryk Dudek was born on March 23, 1973 in Rybnik, Poland. He stands 187 cm tall and plays as a goalkeeper. He started his youth career playing for Gornik Knurow. He was with their youth system from 1985 to 1991.
Professional Career
In 1991, he signed with Concordia Knurów. He was their goalkeeper from 1991 to 1995 and appeared 119 times for the team. In the 1995-1996 season, he moved to play for Sokół Tychy.
Then in 1996, he signed with Feyenoord, laying for them through to 2001. In 1999, the club was awarded the Johan Cruyff Shield. From 2001 to 2007, he played for Liverpool, making 127 appearances for the team. He also helped them win the 2004-2005 UEFA Champions League.
In 2007, he signed with Real Madrid but he only played two matches with them. He retired in 2011.
