Michael Rensing is a German football player who currently features for the German Bundesliga club Bayern Munich. He plays as a goalkeeper.
Michael Rensing developed at the youth academy of German powerhouse Bayern Munich. He played with the club’s second team in the German third division in the 2002-2003 season and earned a place in the club’s squad for the Champions League in the 2003-2004 season.
Rensing made his debut for Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga on February 21,2004. He played in six Bundesliga games and also featured in the Champions League in the 2005-2006 season. He has been a regular part of the starting xi for Bayern Much since Oliver Kahn’s retiremeent from football in 2008.
