Libor Kozak

Libor Kozak is a young Czech football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Lazio. He plays as a striker.

Libor Kozak commenced his footballing career at Czech club Slezsky FC Opava and played for them from 2001 to 2008 at various levels. In July 2008 Kozak was signed by Lazio for a reported 1.2 million euros on a five-year contract. He made his Italian Serie A debut on May 2,2009 against Inter Milan as a substitute.
