Aleksandar Kolarov is a Serbia international football player who currently features for the English and European giants Manchester City. He plays as a left-back and is rated as one of the best in his position in the world.
Kolarov commenced his professional club football at Serbian club FK Cukaricki in 2003 and after three years in 2006 signed for OFK Beograd. In 2007 he moved to Lazio and established himself as one of the best players in his position in Serie A.
Kolarov won the Coppa Italia with Lazio in 2008-09 and the Supercoppa Italiana in 2009, and scored six goals in 82 Serie A appearances. In 2010 he joined Manchester City for a transfer fee of £16 million and won the FA Cup in 2011 and the Premier League the following season.

Kolarov made his international debut for Serbia in 2008 and played for his country at the 2010 World Cup finals. He was voted the Serbian Footballer of the year in 2011.
