Craig Cathcart

Craig Cathcart is a Northern Ireland football player who currently features for the Premiership and European powerhouse Manchester United. He is a defender.

Craig Cathcart signed as a trainee at Manchester United in July 2005 and by April 2007, he had been captain of the youth team that reached the FA Youth Cup final, although unfortunately he missed both the legs of the final.

Craig Cathcart received his first call-up to the Manchester United senior side for a FA Cup reply with Middlesbrough in March 2007. He was loaned to Royal Antwerp for the first half of the 2007-2008 season but he has however not been able to play a Premiership match for United.
