A football striker from Brazil, Everton Leandro dos Santos Pinto began his football career in the youth division of Sao Jose EC, in 2005. The same season he turned pro with Santo Andre, and played with the team for one season, after which he was loaned out to Sao Bernardo in 2006. After one season with the club, Santos moved to Bragatino in 2007, but switched to Corinthians midseason. During the one season with Corinthians, Santos made over 20 appearances with the first team, scoring only once.
In 2008, Santos moved to his current club, Paris Saint-Germain, but midseason he was loaned out to the club he currently plays for, Fluminense FC. He has made 8 appearances with the first team so far, and scored twice.
