A football midfielder from Brazil, Antonio Carlos Rodrigues dos Santos Junior began playing professional football in 2009, with Club de Regatas do Flamengo. He was a part of the club's youth division since 2006, and got his chance to play with the first team after a successful tenure there. Some of the titles Santos Jr. has bagged with the junior team are the 2007 Campeonato Carioca de Juniores, the Taca Belo Horizonte, again in 2007, and the Campeonato Carioca de Juvenis, Torneio Internacional de Sao Lourenco and the Copa Macae all in 2006.
