A football striker from Paraguay, Cristian Venancio Bogado Morinigo, began his professional football career with Sol de America in 2004. Remaining with the club for only one season, Bogado moved to Libertad in 2005, but after just five appearances in that same season, he switched to Nacional FC. He remained with Nacional till 2007, and after 75 appearances and 17 goals, Bogado made the switch to his current club in Argentina, Estudiantes de La Plata.

Bogado has also played for the Paraguayan national team in 2006, appearing in 11 matches and scoring three goals.
