Ricardo Chara Lerma is a teenage Colombian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Cagliari. He is actually on loan from Udinese for the 2008-2009 season.

Ricardo Chara Lerma commenced his professional club football career at Centauros Villavicencio in 2006 and played for them for two seasons. He however failed to make a single first team appearance and was signed by Udinese in 2008.

Lerma has been loaned out to Udinese for the 2008-2009 season.
