Antonio Mirante developed at the youth academy first of Sorrento and then of Juventus. He played for Crotone for the 2004-2005 season. He then played for Siena on loan for the 2005-2006 season and returned to Juventus for the 2006-2007 season in which he made 5 league appearances in the Italian Serie B.
Antonio Mirante played for Sampdoria on loan for the 2007-2008 season and was signed by Sampdoria on a permanent deal in the summer of 2008.
