Claudio Terzi is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Bologna. He plays as a defender.
Claudio Terzi developed at the youth academy of Italian club Bologna and made his first team appearance in 2002. He played for Napoli on loan for the 2004-2005 season and except that season has been with the Italian club. He made his Italian Serie A debut against Modena in 2002 in a match that Bologna won 3-0.
