Luca Cigarini

Luca Cigarini is a young Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Atalanta. He plays as a deep-lying playmaker, playing from just in front of the defence and is known for his technical and passing skills.

Luca Cigarini developed at the youth academy of Italian club Parma and after playing on loan at Sambenedettese for the 2004-2005 season, scoring 4 goals in 33 league matches, he made his first team debut for Parma in 2005.

Cigarini played for Parma for three seasons, scoring 4 goals in 70 league matches. He was signed by Atalanta in 2008.

Luca Cigarini was part of the Italian national team squad that won the 2008 Toulan Tournament.
