Francesco Millesi is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Catania. He plays as a mifielder.

Francesco Millesi commenced his professional club football career at Italian club Ragusa in 1999. He played for them for two seasons and moved to Igea Virtus.

In 2003 Millesi moved to Avellino and played for them until 2006. He was then signed for Catania in 2006.
