Anderson Rodney de Oliveira

Anderson Rodney de Oliveira, commonly known as Babu, is a Brazilian football player who is on the books of the Italian Serie A club Catania. He plays as a striker and has been loaned out to Avellino for the 2008-2009 season.

Babu commenced his professional club football career at Salernitana in 2001 and played for them for two years, scoring three goals in 27 league matches. He played for Venezia for the 2003-2004 season and moved to Lecce in 2004.

Babu was officially a Lecce played until 2007. He was signed by Catania in 2007.
