Franco Brienza is an Italian football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Reggina. He is a versatile footballer who can play as a winger as well as a deep-lying forward.
Franco Brienza commenced his professional football club career at Italian club Foggia in 1997 and played for them until 2000, scoring 8 goals in 59 league matches. He was signed by Palermo in 2000 and played for them until 2008.
Franco Brienza featured in 168 league matches for Palermo, scoring 17 goals. During his time with Palermo, Brienze was also on loan to Ascoli, Perugia and Reggina.
Reggina signed Brienza on a permanent deal in 2008.
France Brienza made his international debut for Italy in 2005 and made one more international appearance for his nation.
