Edgar Osvaldo Barreto Caceres is a Paraguayan international football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Reggina. He plays as a midfielder.
Edgar Barreto made his professional club football debut for Cerro Porteno in 2002. He played for them for one season and scored 4 goals in 26 league matches.
