Paul Codrea is a Romanian international football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club AC Siena. He plays as a midfielder and is known to be a very good medio.
Paul Codrea commenced his professional club football career at Romanian powerhouse Dinamo Bucharest in 1996 and after playing for Politehnica Timisoara and Arges Pitesti landed at Italian side Genoa in 2001.
He played for Genoa for one year and moved to Palermo in 2003. He was officially a Palermo played until 2006 and scored twice in 32 league matches. However during his tenure at Palermo, he was on loan at first Perugia and then at Torino.

Paul Condrea was signed by AC Siena in 2006 and he immediately became a first team players.
Paul Condrea made his international debut for Romania in 2000 and has featured in more than 35 international matches for his nation. On March 2008, he was decorated by the president of Romania, Traian Basescu, for the results on Qualifying to EURO 2008 and qualification to UEFA Euro 2008 Group C with Medalia “Meritul Sportiv” — (The Medal “The Sportive Merit”) class III.
