Freddy ‘Totono’ Grisales began his professional football career with Atletico Nacional in 1998. He was instrumental in the Colombian championship win by the team in 1999. The same year, Grisales moved to San Lorenzo in Argentina, but only remained with the club for 6 games, before moving back to Atletico Nacional. In 2001, Grisales appeared in the Copa America with the Colombian team, and in 2004 he played his first game with Colon de Santa Fe, in Argentina, and then moved on to Barcelona SC, an Ecuadorian club and also Independiente Medellin, a Colombian club and then moved back to Colon in 2006. He is currently playing for Independiente.
