Cristian Ledesma is an Argentine football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Lazio. He plays as a deep-lying central midfielder good on either foot.
Cristian Ledesma developed at the youth academy of Argentine powerhouse Boca Juniors and was signed by Italian club Lecce in 2001. He was instantly drafted into the first team at Lecce and was the captain of the club until November 2005.
In the summer of 2006 Ledesma was signed by Lazio and he has since become one of the best players for the Roman club and one of the better players in the Italian Serie A.
