Ariel Esteban Broggi is an Argentine footballer who plays primarily in defense. Broggi started his career in 2003 when he wore the colours of Velez Sarsfield. At Sarsfield, he stayed for 4 seasons and played 100 games for the team. He lost his place in the side to Marcelo Bustamante after the latter performed well in the 2005 Clausura championships. That led to a transfer to Banfield where he is an integral part of the first team squad.
