Fabio Quagliarella is an Italy international football player who currently features for the Italian Serie A club Juventus. He is a striker and is renowned as one of the best strikers currently featuring in Italy.
Quagliarella started his professional club football career at Torino in 1999 and played for them until 2005. He featured only 37 times in the league for the Turin club and was initially not rated very highly. During his tenure at Torino, Quagliarella played on loan first for Fiorentina Viola and then for Chieti.
In 2005 Quagliarella was signed by Ascoli and he scored thrice in 33 league matches. Sampdoria came calling and Quagliarella scored 13 goals in 35 league matches. He was then signed by Udinese and he developed to be a first time regular for them.
After playing for Napoli for the 2009-10 season, he joined Juventus on a season-long loan deal. In the summer of 2011 Quagliarella was signed on a permanent contract by Juventus, and went on to win the Italian league title in 2011-12.
Quagliarella made his international debut for Italy in 2007 and was part of the Italian national team for the Euro 2008 and Euro 2012 finals.
