Paul Anderson is an English football player who is currently on the books of the English Premier League club Liverpool. He plays as a winger and is on loan to former European champions Nottingham Forest for the 2008-2009 season.
Paul Anderson developed at the youth academies of West Bromwich Albion and then Hull City and was signed by Liverpool in 2006 after he displayed a string of fine performances for the Liverpool reserves and under-18 sides. He was signed by Hull City.
Paul Anderson was impressive for the Liverpool U-18 side that won the FA Youth Cup in 2006 and was even called up to the Liverpool senior side for the Reds’ UEFA Champions League match against Benfica in April 2006.

Paul Anderson was sent on loan to Swansea City for the 2007-2008 season and he did quite well there, scoring 7 goals in 31 league matches. He has now been loaned out to Nottingham Forest for the 2008-2009 season although he actually signed a three-year contract with Liverpool just before his laon deal was confirmed.
