Zavon Hines developed at the youth academy of West Ham United and was hugely impressive for the reserves. He was loaned to Coventry City on March 27,2008 and made his first team debut for West Ham against Macclesfield Town in the Carling Cup on August 27,2008 and is expected to develop smoothly in the first team at West Ham in the 2008-2009 season.
