Marton Fulop

Marton Fulop is a Hungarian international football player who currently features for the English Premier League club Sunderland. He plays as a goalkeeper.

Marton Fulop started his club career at Hungarian giants MTK Hungria in 2001 and signed for north London giants Tottenham Hotspur in 2004 and played for them until 2007 but he was never able to thread into the first team for the Spurs in the league and played on loan first for Chesterfield and then for Coventry City. He was then sent on loan to Sunderland in 2006-2007 and was signed on a permanent contract. He however did not manage to play regularly and was loaned out to first Leicester City and then to Stoke City.

Marton Fulop has been drafted into the first team at Sunderland for the 2008-2009 season.

Marton Fulop made his international debut for Hungary in 2005 and has plated for his nation 15 times. His fist match for his nation was against France.
